Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. The apartment is great and well equipped. The location is great with an amazing view. We had a great stay and we do recommend this accommodation! The owner was very kind and reactive by WhatsApp. We even had the possibility to leave our luggages to enjoy a last tour before getting our train.

Wonderful facilities! We had a basic room for our family of three but we had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable! Bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, lounge, market place and a covered outdoor area to relax and play. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. We had room number one and woke up with an amazing view onto the alps so close you can almost touch them. The kitchen is really well equipped. We picked up some supplies for breakfast. Instant coffee, sugar, salt, herbal teas were already there in abundance. Plus they sell local cheese directly from the kitchen fridge. Also, when we left, I had forgotten my purse! The owner came running after us (a good 500 m) to bring it to me! That's what I call SERVICE!

    I had an amazing stay at Valley Hostel in Lauterbrunnen. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect, with everything you could need to feel at home. It was very clean and well-organized. The view from the hostel is breathtaking, looking out to the mountains and beautiful natural surroundings. The location is unbeatable, just a 4-minute walk to the station. I was so happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Lauterbrunnen. Thank you, Valley Hostel, for a wonderful experience!

    Honestly the place is so cheap for Switzerland, yet it had comfy bed, decent staff, decent facilities and amazing location. Can't really ask for more at this price.
