Clean, spacious, beautiful view. Comfy bed, all kitchen amenities needed. Nice to have a dishwasher. It was located up a hill, we got the bus, no problem. Found a lovely restaurant about 10 mins away, also not far to walk to the funicular station and go up monte bre. When we arrived there were no towels but staff resolved the issue quickly.

The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

Staying here was such a pleasant experience.... The location couldn't be better!! Just a short walk to the city hospital, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. It was so clean and quiet, much better than downtown noise. Price-quality ratio was really perfect!

The apartment is perfectly clean, instructions to get there were very clear, all is new and has all necessary to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen with full appliances plus essentials like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and well equipped modern apartment in a good location near the lake and close to the city centre. As I was driving, it was helpful having a parking space which was nearby. The hosts were easy to contact and were helpful.
