Excellent! Very good situation close to shops and breakfast places (the host gives a list), cable cars, calm. I loved the big nice view, the terrace with table, the big kitchen, the comfortable furnitures. Ski room and washing room are accessible by lift. Friendly host and very clean place. I am going to come again!

This hotel was fabulous. The room was silent (the hotel is situated in a quiet location in Saas-Fee) and the total blackout curtains in the room meant that light from outside didn't wake me up in the mornings. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious food of a very high quality. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and they really go the extra mile to ensure you have the perfect stay. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am next in Saas-Fee!

The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.

Great location. Easy to find. We were upgraded to a room in the main hotel. Staff were very responsive and proactive. Restaurant was great - Spanish tapas and pizza were great for us. Very flexible about us needing early departure - packed lunch provided. We were walking Tour Monte Rosa.

    The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!

    Super nice apartment - location perfect for everything, close to gondola! Kitchen well equipped, very clean bathrooms, fireplace & balcony such a nice bonus! Beds were comfy, couch has enough space for all people.

    Good location in the village, not particularly close to the lifts but not far either and Saas Fee is tiny so as long as you can walk a little it's perfect. Not too crammed with three people. Not what I'd call cheap but it was the best value we could find in Saastal and certainly much cheaper than neighboring Zermatt

    The apartment was spotless! The location was very close to the lifts and the main street which was ideal. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The wifi signal was strong enough for me to use Zoom and make video calls easily (it may be different during high season as I visited in November and it wasn't very busy) The lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a super easy and comfortable stay!
