We came two couples. The apartment is very clean and equiped. All seems welcoming and convinient. The toilet/showe was very clean. The kitchen have all the nessesary utilities. Ana answered very quickly to our messages. The apatment is located in a residencial area so supermarket is close. The view from the terrace is of other residencial complexes. Highly recommand.

This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

Excellent apartment. Large and extremely clean with excellent facilities. Wonderful view. Parking great. Close to train. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We booked last minute. Only improvement is to clean provide a map with directions as a little difficult to locate in car. Many thanks lovely stay
