Robert was very communicative prior to arriving at the apartment. We were told how to access the keys and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great that we were able to cook for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was so quiet and peaceful, even though we were out exploring Zurich/Basel for most of our visit, we were still able to enjoy peace and quiet on the days when we decided to relax in Brugg. We had no issues during our stay and we would happily visit again should we travel to Switzerland in the future.

    Location and the checkin keys were ready at the table. Breakfast and baths I liked most. Hotel management too kind and surprisingly nice because coffee and fruit was always avaialable in the lobbies without any charge. Breakfast was very good and staff was very nice and kind. Rooms very neat and clean.

    The location was fine as the town we were visiting had no hotels or other types of lodging available and Villigen was close to Gansingen. The staff were pleasant and parking was right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. We stayed in their "Studio" room, which was a very large room with full kitchen facilities, a dining area and sofa. Very spacious.
