The accommodation is located directly at the beach, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We felt very welcome from the first moment and the host helped us organise everything quickly - from renting a scooter next door to a spontaneous lagoon tour. 11 out of 10!

Location was out of this world beautiful. White sand, gorgeous palms, turquoise water. Wonderful fresh local breakfast, sweet staff, beautiful room with ability to cook in. Super clean, easy parking.

It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Ned and Greta are the best hosts in the Cook Islands anyone could ever ask for. They provide the best service and go out of their way for their guests. The rooms and facilities are the best in comparison to other accommodations on Aitutaki. The place is fully furnished and has everything a home would need. The place definitely feels very warm and "homey", so you will never feel homesick😂 Definitely the best value for your money and I would recommend this accommodation to everyone in the world
