This hostal is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, the staff was warm and helpful, the hostal is very well equiped and clean. It was great to have access to a well equiped kitchen to prepare our own meals.

We selected the room "Deluxe King suite". The view from your bed is just "wow". The room is big, the bed very comfy and you've 2 sofas to just sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. Once there, you won't want to leave. There are 1 or 2 restaurants accessible by foot. Otherwise, it is advisable to take the car to go out for dinner.

Beautiful accommodation with heart and soul in a very nice environment. Pamela was an exceptional guest, very friendly, caring and willing to help anytime. She was preparing delicious breakfast for us and her animals are very lovely, too. I can only recommend and hope to come back one day. Thanks a lot! :)

It was a best hostel I stayed in so far. My bed had a great mattress and bedding was of hotel's standard. The host was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. Common area is nicely decorated and a good place to meet other guests.

We loved this hostel so much we stayed for 3 nights rather than the 1 we had originally planned. It’s super comfy and cosy with log burning stoves . The kitchen is really well-kitted out and comfortable to be in. The whole place is really clean and the water is very hot. Walkable from the centre of town and the bus station. We spent a couple of days camping in Chiloe National Park and were able to leave the rest of our gear at the hostel safely. On our return we were invited to a bbq with the hostel owner and his friends and family - it was the nicest evening we’ve had in Chile and we only retreated to bed at 11pm as we were knackered from our walking earlier in the day. Couldn’t recommend this hostel highly enough!
