The check in staff was super friendly and so kind helping to order a Chinese adapter <3 The rooms are so comfortable & spacious, and the views of the city are incredible! I was so excited with the city light show in the evening!! Location is perfect.

    We didn’t use the breakfast service. There were many local eateries within walking distance that allow us to discover the food culture. There were also convenient stores and fresh food markets as well. The location was ideal. We had a direct view of the lake. The nearby lake and park provided some relief to the summer heat and avoid flooding during the stormy days.

    The manager n front office staff is very kind and helpful. Even though they have different languages, to help with such as provide information using chinese application to translate and get us taxi using local china application and pay after we come back to hotel.. The housekeeping clean the room and wash clothes very clean.

    Location was cool - we only stayed there one night on the way to Zhangjiajie. The staff were really cool and gave us recommendations. Didn't get to enjoy the nighttime activities but it's cool that there are some! Air conditioning in private room was good.

    It is a nice pleasant place to stay. It represents excellent value, cheaper than many similar level of hotels, especially ones you haven’t pre-booked. No problems with foreigners staying . Good location, easy to get to anywhere- metro, buses, etc. super comfortable bed and duvet. Nice shower, lots of power points and places to sit. Nice room design.
