The owner speaks English fluently and is both helpful and friendly. He consistently checks to ensure everything is in order and assists with arranging pickups from Lijiang Railway Station to the hotel. The location is ideal, situated right in the heart of the old town. Thank you all so much; I highly recommend this stay!

Tucked away in a quaint little alley of Dayan Flower Lane, this charming hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! "Excellent Location" The hotel's location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling ancient town. I appreciated the undisturbed rest, yet enjoyed easy access to food, coffee, attractions, and shopping. "Warm Hospitality" The owner and staff members were exceptionally warm, kind, and responsive to my needs. From arranging a private airport transfer to carrying my luggage to my room, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. "Comfortable and Charming Rooms" My Queen Room with Terrace was a serene oasis, complete with a charming outdoor pool and a secluded garden perfect for workouts or relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept more soundly than I have in months! "Amenities and Services" I appreciated the complimentary Chinese Tea Appreciation session, which was a lovely welcome ritual. The location of the hotel is at the road side, easy taking didi to everywhere. You don't need to drag your suitcase walk on the uneven gravel road in the oldtown, but you need to walk to the old town for 10 minutes, it's ok for us who likes walking. All staff went out of way to assist, fruit, tea, tasty breakfast, excellent travel booking with super friendly English speaking Joye, sad to leave.

Marvelous stay. My family of 4 stayed in the family room and it was cozy for us. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff, 自强, helped to arrange transport and tour packages. He was very helpful and made us feel right at home throughout the 3 nights. Communication was exceptional the entire trip. The inn is also well-located in the ancient city yet quiet enough at night for a good sleep. Definitely a great stay, much appreciated.

We liked everything in here. The owner lady welcomed us at the train station and she didn't charge us for the ride. At the guest house, which is something like less than a 10 minute walk to the old city, she also invited us for a cup of tea. She speaks good English and is very helpful with anything you need. She also makes yummy breakfasts that we didn't find elsewhere in China!!! The furniture at the reception is a bit oldie in our opinion but it simply reflects the Chinese style so don't get discouraged by that. It was all great for us. Thank you again, Sarah, Myriam and Fabio 🤗

In general, we like the warm and comfortable atmosphere of Muya, as well as the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and staff. I can definitely give it a perfect score. The warm hospitality of the staff and the comfortable environment of the inn made our stay unforgettable. The innkeeper was very friendly and hospitable. Ask him for activity suggestions, and he will reply in a timely manner. The staff also maintained the cleanliness and warmth of the room. Homemade breakfast is very rich and delicious. The courtyard is really a highlight for viewing the scenery of the ancient city of Lijiang. The toilet even has a heating function, so you don't have to worry about freezing when you go to the bathroom. In the ancient city of Lijiang, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage, the host will find a tricycle driver to help you move your luggage! We love this place! I will definitely come back if I can.

    The location of the inn is very easy to find. It can be reached directly by car. It is very close to the north gate of the ancient city. You can see the entrance of the Old Town of Lijiang from the inn door. The boss warmly recommended a lot of food and play to us, so as to avoid the small travel partners stepping on the pit. The rooms are clean and sanitary. It is highly recommended to stay in this inn. The small partners who want to take a plane have a bus to the airport not far from the inn. It is very cheap.
