I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at during this trip to Zhangjiajie, China! The B&B is near the southeast gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk into the park. In addition to the advantages of the location near the scenic area, there is also the nearby green hills and green water, very suitable for vacation.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . Our stay at the lodge was truly exceptional. Our host, Frankie, was outstanding in every way. He was always available and on hand to help whenever we had any questions, proving himself to be incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Frankie went above and beyond, organizing all of our transportation for our excursions at very reasonable prices. Prior to each outing, he took the time to thoroughly explain the day's route and provided us with both written and verbal guidance. This made it incredibly easy for us to navigate the national park and day trips by ourselves. The lodge itself was absolutely stunning, featuring an amazing pool and excellent food. During our stay, there was an unavoidable local funeral with some loud music, but Frankie was so kind and considerate to proactively move us to an upgraded room further away from the noise. While we were happy with our initial room, the upgraded accommodations were simply unbelievable, and we felt incredibly fortunate. We cannot thank Frankie and the entire staff at the lodge enough for making our stay so exceptional. Frankie's exceptional hosting truly elevated our experience, and we would wholeheartedly recommend staying at this lodge to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful place! Hotel is in a strategical place near west gate and it’s very nice, very close to the mountains. Choose montain wiew room! But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10
