    The hotel is in a great location about 200 m from a Metro stop, 500m from Lanzhou University and the Airport bus. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a great wide range of food to satisfy all tastes. The swimming pool facilities looked good although I didn't use these. The room was spacious and the bathroom well designed. It was also quiet. An issue with payment was quickly resolved. I'll stay in this hotel again.

    The location was quite a distance from anything I wanted to do or see. It is in a new area that is still developing. At the moment it is an “airport” hotel. But a very good one. But the best thing was meeting Derek who was wonderful in devising an itinerary for Gansu province for me. He booked trains, flights and hotels for me. This was wonderful good luck that he was there to help me. Gansu is really worth seeing but not easy to negotiate for a single western tourist

    The staff were super helpful. We needed to take some kids for early morning physical checkups, so no solid food was allowed before that but the staff helped to arrange prepackaged lunch boxes to take onto tue journey. I also liked the location for being so close to the airport.
