The house is really cozy and clean. The homeowner decorated their own house with great care. I booked it for my British friends, and they loved it so much that they extended their stay for a few more days. Lovely welcome by staff. One of the best showers I have ever had (gratefully used after walking all day). 5-10 minutes walk to banks, malls, eateries etc. 20 minutes walk to the beach and the nearest metro.

It was very nice, clean, super comfortable, enormous bed, and worth the money, I definitely recommend it. It was not that close to the beach, but by taxi or public transport it can be reachable easily. We will choose them next time we are in Qingdao for sure.

The room sizes exceeded my expectations, very nice and big rooms. The toilet had heated seat and electronic button flush, the shower area is also nice and big with hand shower. It was an excellent trip and stay, we stayed for 6 nights there.
