I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel even offered a free city tour with excellent guides, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff—always attentive, professional, and eager to help. Many thanks especially to Jane and Jonshon at the front desk who went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance. Their warmth and dedication truly elevated my stay—I felt cared for at every moment.Highly recommended!

There is nothing not to like about the Savhe Atour hotel! Its location is excellent; only a short walk to a beautiful part of the Bund and lots of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and every detail has been handled. The cherry on top was the service, in particular, Johnny and Ron who were always available to make sure our stay at Savhe was the most comfortable and enjoyable it could be. Thank you Savhe Atour for making our first visit to China so memorable! We will definitely be back!

This place was great, the apartment is modern clean and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful with local experiences. The location is great for getting around the city and is a block away from 'The Peoples Square' which is a great place to find the branded shops and the crowds and the mall leads down to the 'Bund' for great city and river views. The host also has entry keys to the busy street below which is a great place for the Didi pick up or getting out and about on foot

    Great staff, amazing location, very clean, FANTASTIC amenities and good coffe (trust me, I am Italian). The stay was great! The bed was super comfortable, a very good bathroom, a common area with balcony, water dispenser with ice, coffe machine, washing machine and dryer! It has everything!

    The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you can ask for. The location was truely goog, because the Metro was right in front of the door. The Maglev Train not even 5 min by foot. In the area there is a little coffee shop and a very cheap, but good breakfast spot, so breakfast in the Hotel for extra charge is not nescessary.

    Lovely room, the bath tub with a city view was an added bonus- but the room was lovely even without that, extra large comfortable bed, very clean, stocked fridge everyday. Breakfast was excellent, with good choice for everyone. Bar prices were good too and the terrace over looking the city at night is a lovely place for an evening drink. Location is ideal- easy walk to the Bund, Yu Yuan garden and the old town shopping street. Staff were also lovely and friendly- would definitely recommend- ideal place to stay in Shanghai
