Accomodation is a short walking distance (10min tops) away from bus station for Wulingyuan park and cablecar for Tianmen mountain. It's situated in a small picturesque street filled with tiny family hotels and street vendors selling everything from food to souvenirs. By far the biggest upside is hotel manager Rainbow who is the most helpful and kind person we encountered during our trip. Her english is really good and she's happy to help with all the questions you may find. Even if she can't help you right away, she'll do research on the spot and find the answers. She will provide you with a map of both Wulingyuan and Tianmen and explain all the route options and their cost. You will never feel lost with Rainbow in your wechat contacts.

Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again. (The quality of the photos is not so good as I took a video, but Booking won’t let me upload this)

It was very cozy hotel. The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. All the staff members tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds in the family room! Also, this hotel is located in the center of the city and Starbucks, KFC, and McDonald's are within walking distance. I strongly recommended this hotel!

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! This place is amazing, staff is super friendly and it’s great value for money. The bed is very good and comfortable, they also have lockers inside the room and when you arrive they give you shower gel, paper, slippers and tooth brush, which I think it was a very nice detail. Also, Im travelling without a towel and when I asked for one to one of the staff, they gave it to me free of charge. I really liked this place and I recommend it.
