We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

To be honest, this is one of the place I have been (if not the best) so far. Zhangjiajie is a must-see location, and thanks to the staff, my friend and I had a really great time. First of all, our room was pretty clean and quite big, and had everything we needed.Beds were perfect, super confortable. What you have to really know is how kind is the staff in this hotel. They were amazing and helpful to us. They helped us organize the trip since there are so much things to see in ZhangJiaJie. They were so kind that they were willing to drive us anywhere according to our own schedule (especially to the activites, parks etc.). Besides activites, we learned so much about this place, the food, the people living here. This place is an experience in its own. Even out of the city, they are always eager to help. I strongly recommend this hotel, you will be able to meet kindhearted people and have a great time here. It is these kind of encounter that maked a trip unforgettable.

Hotel location is particularly good, from the door of the Zimugang particularly close, but even if particularly close, the store is also a car pick up and delivery, in the hot summer especially considerate and meticulous. Our experience at Nvue was way beyond our expectations! The room was nice with a great view of the mountains and only 10 minutes walk from the park gate. What really set this hotel apart is, however, the amazing staff! They helped plan our days in amazing Zhangjaijie and booked the necessary tickets for us. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. 11/10 service from Tim and his crew, a heartfelt thank you from us.

Beautiful place! Hotel is in a strategical place near west gate and it’s very nice, very close to the mountains. Choose montain wiew room! But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10
