First of all, I didn’t realize that Cruz Roja means Red Cross! So, not only you're staying and enjoying your trip, but you’re also helping others at the same time. Secondly, the staff there are amazing people—warm and welcoming. Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we were still able to connect and understand each other. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight since it’s close to the airport. Although, the town itself is quite small. Room was super clean and comfortable. They have AC, wi-fi and provide a tasty breakfast. I would love to stay there again someday.

The location was great, the hotel was really comfortable, and the staff were amazing and so kind. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation of this place! Their suggestions genuinely leveled up our trip to Leticia, and we wouldn't have had as a great of an experience anywhere else. Highly recommend staying here!

Authentic and beautiful boutique hotel located in close distance to both airport and Leticia. The family collaboration and attention to detail along with personalized tours/amazing food made our stay here very special.     Excepcional rooms. Very clean, had great A/C and a fan, good water pressure in showers. Even had a clothing rack to dry out wet clothes from jungle tours. Drinking water for free, and a cold fridge to store it, and instant coffee was available. Kitchen was kept very clear. Very friendly staff. The wifi was the most reliable we could find in town. Would highly recommend if looking for a cheaper option with great A/C.

    This genuine Oasis in the middle of Leticia is a great place to stay. They have fully furnished studio apartments to rent for a reasonable price, which have everything you need from a coffee maker to a washing machine. The location is nice and quiet away from the noise of the centre but still walking distance to most things. The rooms are very clean. The hosts are a lovely family who will really go out of their way to help you.
