Nicely located next to to center in the old part of Sogamoso, equipped with a quiet, peaceful garden and plenty of space to hang around, cook and to calm down from the day. The host Miguel (and his whole family) is very friendly and helpful and it is just a very authentic place made with lots of love and passion. If one needs help or learn about possible activities around Sogamoso, just ask Miguel - he will be happy to help. Also: All the art in the hostal is designed by local, indigenous people. The hostal is also located very closely to the most important temple of the Muisca, which nowadays also features a very interesting museum.

    The breakfast was quite good, at a fair price. Check-in was easy, and I appreciated the coffee in the lobby. Our room was quite large, very clean, and had all the basic items we needed.
