Orlando, the owner, is a VERY nice man. He was waiting for us when we got off the fairy. This facility is literally 2 minutes from the ferry terminal, so the location is great if you are in transit (absolutely not for a long stay). This place is very small, but it was very clean and offered a great shower, and a confortable bed.
