The host was flexible and let us in earlier as the property was ready at the time. Location is quiet and peaceful in a small village that also offers su variety of taverns, and while by the sea you experience humidity, at this location you're safe from that as it's up the hill. A couple of nearby wineries. Panoramic rides wherever you go from here! The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, towels also smell nice.

the host was wonderfully responsive, the house beautifully restored and in the heart of the village. The beds are very comfortable and the space was great! the whole experience was very relaxing and lovely :) Sheets were changed after a week and the towels changed every 4/5 days -its a quality place.

This courtyard house is beautifully restored and comfortable. We loved relaxing & having our breakfast outside every morning. There was lots of tips & information provided about visiting different places in the area which was very useful.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Opened in 2022 it feels very fresh and well maintained. Spacious room, super comfortable bed, sunset seaview, pretty cool spa area and probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had in the hotel❤️ Big plus is amazing natural surroundings, you can explore sea caves and out of this world landscapes, all in walking distance. The area is a bit remote though and it is better to have a car. If you love beautiful nature and luxury comfort alike, totally recommended.

I had the most amazing birthday celebration, and everything was absolutely perfect—truly a paradise! Special thanks to Eirini at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and care were exceptional! Stunning view and location! It’s a blessing to fall asleep and wake up with the sounds of the waves, heard from the room! Exceptional staff! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable!     Placed in a cozy and very clean small village, this accommodation was well above expectation. Nice and clean, all amenities provided. The terrace has a very beautiful view and the center of the village is right next to the property. Would go again in the same place if I had the chance.

    The house felt like it was the owners pride and joy a real homely feeling ,the layout of the property was perfect with the two parts of the house connected by the courtyard which was great for breakfast and sitting out in the evening.The location of the house was ideal right in the village in beautiful surroundings.So glad we found this ideal house and also great host Marinos.

    It met our expectations. A beautifully restored traditional Kathikas village house situated at a prime location in the centre of the village.It was very clean and appointed with all the conveniences. The bed was very comfortable and we found the street very quiet at night which allowed us a very peaceful sleep! Thank you Mihali for a very enjoyable stay at Kathikas!
