The house is brand new and is being very well cleaned. Nice big sauna is it’s greatest feature. There is a compact but nice place for open fire with an outside grill of high quality for any kind of meat.

The property is located right in the centre of the town. It has a great restaurant downstairs and the rooms were clean spacious and were nice and cool even when outside was very hot. There was tea and coffee available throughout the day.

We really like our stay at this little penzion in the cute little village of Kozlov. The room was modern, spacious and clean and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Markéta was a very gracious host and even called her neighbour to come unlock the beautiful historic church and give us a tour! It was a fantastic stay!

Top knotch service. While the manager/receptionist didn't speak great English, it was enough to understand him and get by and his level of service was very high. Beautiful quaint quiet family hotel, location is exceptionally good for seeing Karlovy Vary sights and hiking in the surrounding hills, wonderfully friendly staff, huge suite with view of the Main Street, mini fridge, kettle with complimentary teas, very comfortable bed and pillows, private secure free parking, dog friendly for a fee. I had already visited Karlovy Vary for a day trip years ago and I decided if I ever came back I would stay in the Grand Hotel Pupp. The hotel did not let me down, on the contrary, I was even more surprised with the structure of the hotel, the nice and helpful staff, the large and confortable room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was also unforgetable! Even if the hotel is traditional, I enjoyed the modern twist in some of it (such as the pool and the restaurant).
