Central location and room was bigger than expected. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. It didn't bother me that the room had no wardrobe and no drawers, just open shelves and hangers, also no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. More important for me was a writing desk. Room service was on request. Breakfast started as of 6am. There was enough for me at the buffet, although it had nothing cooked, except boiled eggs.

    The location was superb - right in the heart of the town and overlooking Theaterplatz, within 10 mins walking distance of all the sights in Aachen (and opposite a lovely traditional Brauhaus). The apartment was extremely spacious and light and spotlessly clean, and on arrival there were very nice touches like chocolate bars and a friendly note.

    This was our 2nd visit to this hotel as we stayed here last November. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, good for local walks and the bus stop to the town centre is very close by and the fare is cheap. The rooms had all been newly decorated and were very clean and comfortable. Check in was straightforward and the receptionist was polite.
