Very quiet location with private parking (you can see your car from the window of your room) Rooms are sound proof so you can sleep with no distractions. Nice modern and clean rooms with new fresh look and very comfortable bed! Electric shutters on the windows🙏 With private shower and toilet. Perfect place to stay if you travel - close motorway. Pet friendly 10€ per dog per night There is Lidl and petrol station next door and some fast food too… really everything you need. Self check in appreciated too👍

It's just amazing!! The stuff is incredible, smiles, patience and quick solving of the requests and questions... best remember of Munchen and Germany at all! Very comfortable rooms and beds, the restaurant menue is totally delicious- 10!!!

Staff was really kind and helpfull, they even give us our room a way earlier. Breakfast was also fine, lot of options so everyone could choose Munich is 20 mins by car so also location was good for us. Good value for that price, I can only recommend

The host was very friendly, approachable and supportive. I enjoyed staying at Im Grasweg next to the host's private property - which was very useful. The rooms were very spacious and very clean - including the bathroom & kitchen to share.

    The showers where great, better than the ones at home for me. The room was very clean, spotless! The room felt very soundproof as we couldn’t hear any neighbour noise, the heating would take a while to work but eventually it kept us warm. The room felt safe with modern double glazed windows and secured doors.

    Exactly what I was looking for: after a very late flight a place to crash, get a few hours of sleep and a hot shower ahead of a long trip the following day. Bed comfortable, good shower, very clean and modern - and all of that for about half of the next cheapest alternative (which I am quite certain would have been significantly worse). Exceptional value for money!

    I found the room very clean, tidy and for Munich inexpensive., I also liked the shut down shutters on the windows, making the room for me very dark, so no external light coming through.
