The reception lady was very friendly and welcoming. She always checked on us. My children and I felt safe. She was kind and respectful. I highly recommend, the place is family friendly, the Breakfast was delicious with options. The location is quiet and very relaxing.

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly - there was a slight mix-up with our room (were a given a double after booking a twin) but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - the food and drink were excellent, and the staff dealt with our pathetic attempts to speak German with grace and humour.
