Responsiveness of the owner was excellent. Although the apartment is located opposite on the ring-road circling the old town and close to church, there is absolutely no noise during the nights.

Everything was great. We travelled just for one night unfortunately, with our daughter. Parking spot was just below the house. The apartment is very cosy, huge and have everything you need. And soo clean! Calm night, two spacious bedrooms, kitchen also nice. Many thanks, next time we would visit again for more days.

    The hotel is in a good location close to the fuel station not so far from the supermarket and there's a bus stop in the front of the hotel and you can decide when to check in without extra cost (not like other big hotels where you have to pay extra) highly recommended

    We stayed at this property while in Dortmund for Euro 2024 and had an excellent experience. The location is amazing, offering convenient access and very close to Dortmund. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. The property had all the amenities we required, making our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

    The price was really good, location is convenient and close to a really good bakery. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. There were a bit of noise at night as new customers would arrive, but that's normal I guess.

    Ideal for short stay , excellent value for what you pay , very clean , very good staff paying might be a problem but there's a superstore across the road with no parking restrictions, not what I saw
