    Staff were very friendly, helpful & polite - upgraded me to a slightly bigger room when they saw I'm quite tall! So very pleased with that, which they didn't need to do Location - 5 minute walk away from Mulheim train station, which you can easily get to most of the bigger Cities from. Also, within 10 minutes of the town centre & shops you need Room was very clean & comfortable

    The apartment is very nice, in a very good location, very close to the station, a very short distance from Essen. We wanted to visit the Christmas Markets in some cities and it was very easy to get to the central station in Essen, to take the train to Köln, Dusseldorf or Dortmund. The apartment is very clean and it has all the facilities one needs. There are 3 bedrooms and 7 beds. The kitchen is very well-equipped.

    The hotel staff are very friendly and cheerful. The room was small but so clean, nicely decorated and had all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, too. The entire hotel is a work of art, really. The little candy treats they put in the room and the welcome cake and coffee are such a nice gesture. The location is perfect. Public transport and supermarkets right outside the hotel and a shopping centre within a few minutes' walking distance. 100% would recommend. I got nothing bad to say about it.
