EVERYTHING. The place is awesome. The owners extremely sincere…. They are so sweet, as an example you can find candys in the entrance of the house in the evening and fruits in the morning. The apartment was comfortable, surroundings are beautiful, peaceful with many many birds. I had the feeling to be welcomed by family. I will come back for sure. Thank you so much for that night Carl and Maggie. It has been a pleasure !

The owners were very welcoming. The hotel is right across from the river with a nice view, although you can hear the street noise sometimes, it was not disruptive. It is a pleasant 2 km walk along the river to the next town which is very quaint with a Monastery, a castle and plenty of restaurants and wine bars. Also some very scenic hikes starting right outside the door. The breakfast room is open throughout the day to gather with friends and/or drink some wine purchased from the hotel. Breakfast had all the fixings of a continental breakfast and worth the cost.

This place is one of those little gems that you can’t believe you have found. The location is amazing. Just a short walk over the bridge and you are in the little village of Cochem. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view is absolutely spectacular. We love being in this place and will certainly come again. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you very much for having us. We highly recommend this little gem.

The hotel is beautiful in a very nice location for relaxing trip in the Mosel. Since we had the private sauna suite, I’m a bit biased when saying that it was amazing. As someone who grew up with Finnish sauna, I must say the one we had in our room was superb. In addition, the bubble bath was amazing. The restaurant food was very good as well.

    Blue Lagoon was outstanding. We used it as a midpoint between Burg Eltz and Trier. The host greeted us upon arrival, the apartment was plenty large for my family, there was a welcome bottle of local wine, sodas in the refrigerator, and a nice balcony. Super cheap Biergarten within a 2 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful. Host is outstanding.

    Great hosts, provided a complimentary bottle of wine on our arrival. The apartment was very clean and modern and the breakfast was good Parking was available adjacent to the property. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to explore the Moselle Valley.
