WE have had a perfect stay. Kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom has all thé products you could need including shampoo, body lotion, haïr driyer... They have free billar that we used so much. The personal is super nice. Everything is new and perfectly clean. Thé location isnvery convinient 5 min walk from city center and zoo and very calm during thé nights.

We spend one day in this property and the owner Varela was very nice, professional and very friendly. Apartment is located close to the city center. It is modern design, clean and pleasant place. We have two separate bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom was clean with the towels and shower gels. Excellent choice and we really enjoyed.

    Fantastic location near foret and large green areas. Few shops like REWE narby and about 5min walk to tram stop with comfortable communication to Karlsruhe city centre. The host was perfect, flawless communication and very kind and warmth welcome. Guarenteed park slot and very comfortable way to obtain the key. Graet kitchen and everything in aprtament. That was a perfect spot.

    The location for me was ideal - I needed a place to spend the night driving from Cologne to Milan. The Messe is right across the road so anyone visiting the messe would also appreciate the location. Rewe is right next door - which is also nice, but almost nothing else is close by!!
