Communications prior to my arrival were excellent. I requested to check in early and Dennis made a special effort to make this possible for me, which was greatly appreciated. The flat was very clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed. It is located in the old city, close to the many bars and restaurants. The fan provided was very welcome!

The apartment was a really pleasant place to be, very nicely furnished and full of character. The location was incredibly convenient in the heart of Schwäbisch Hall's old town, with all the shops and key landmarks on the doorstep. Host Katrin was wonderful and couldn't have been kinder or more helpful to us, as we were taking our very first short break with our very young son! She really went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The staff are really professional and very helpful. I particularly appreciated the female staff who actually drove from her home to help me with my booking. . The rooms where clean and modern , and I enjoyed the nice comfortable bed. Breakfast included for a fair price.and served quirky. The little robot waitress and The smiling statue lamps put me in a good mood, loved it.

    Karl V is in a fantastic, central location. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The premises are well-maintained and clean. Each bathroom is shared between two rooms, but I never had any issues using it when needed. The view from the room is lovely, overlooking St. Michael’s Church. Absolutely recommended!
