    The host was very courteous and made us feel part of the family. The facility is superb very nicely furnished, well maintained, comfy and super clean, with an excellent open view. The location is ideal few steps away from the marina, shops, cafes etc. An overall amazing experience. Thank you!

    The hotel's location in New Alamein City, Cairo, was excellent and very convenient for accessing various key areas in the city. However, the hotel activities were quite weak and did not meet expectations. One of the standout positives was the hospitality team, who were very pleasant to deal with. This was the only truly beautiful aspect I found about the hotel.
