If you want to stay in Elephantine Island, The Mango Guest house is the best you can get! It's a beautifully built and maintained place with a lovely garden to sit in and have your drinks. The location is also good as it's only a short walk from the boat dock. The WiFi worked well in the room and the room was exactly what you see in their pictures. There is self service on drinks and you can also order food which they get you from outside. They also have a laundry service. Strongly recommended!

JJ guesthouse is a wonderfull place. The all family is welcoming, and always smiling. You will feel like home. The rooms are spacious, fully equiped (AC, fridge etc) and beds are very confortable. The house is perfectly located with an amazing rooftop with Nile view. On the rooftop the best chef of Aswan will take care of you and served you delicious breakfast. We could wash our clothes here, wich was usefull. Do not look for another place, book here and you wont regret it. We were really lucky to be there and we hope we will come back one day. Thank you again JJ for everything.

We had a wonderful experience at Nala Narty. The place is truly incredible, located on a small island in the Nile and surrounded by nature, it feels like a hidden gem. The view from our room was like a painting, just as beautiful as in the photos, waking up to that every morning was unforgettable. Sherief was exceptional: extremely attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He took the time to suggest and help us organize visits, shared great local tips, and was always available when we needed anything. He was incredibly accommodating to all our needs and really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Mohammed was very warm, his English is very good, and the hotel was on a small island, very safe. He also gave us water and oranges. Oranges are very sweet. All the service staff are very warm and his children are very cute 。 highly recommended

This was place was absolutely fantastic! The location is stunning, directly on the Nile river inside the Nubian village. The rooms have been recently renovated. The staff was super kind, welcoming and helpful. Last but not least, the food was excellent (probably the best and most authentic we had our whole trip!). We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future.

We spent two nights at Omar's guesthouse on Elephantine Island. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, offering comfortable beds, modern bathroom and efficient air conditioning. The location provided a peaceful retreat from the city, yet it was conveniently accessible via a short ferry ride to central Aswan.The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and WiFi is available. Additionally, Omar arranged a trip to Abu Simbel for us, which even included a packed breakfast. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would rate the guesthouse outstanding. We highly recommend Omar's guesthouse to others visiting the area.

the location was great right.by the ferry easy to walk anywhere on the island. The room was large. The bathroom was modern with great water pressure. The entire guest house is really clean. There is a small kitchen with a fridge which was super convenient. Ahmed was very helpful and arranged some tours for me, he also had great tips about things in the area and getting around. the views from the patios are spectacular I loved my stay on the island.
