We had to change our booking to the Steigenberger Nile Palace and from the impeccablly clean room to the view, the amazing super friendly and helpful staff, everybody was lovely Beds were super comfortable and big and the decorations and bars and choices of restaurant changed every night. The hotel had shops and jewellery and lovely people, to Hassan at breakfast to all the staff who looked after us, we can't thank you enough

The staff is kind and they take costumer satisfaction very seriously. The owner Ahmed is great. Spectacular view from the room and terrace and lovely sunsets and homemade egypcian food. I do definitely recommend it for a full feeling of the magic of Luxor.

A comfortable and safe place. It is located close to tourist spots and the train/bus station, so it is suitable for independent travelers. It is quite at night (the noise of the street does not disturb) and designed with some eye-catching details: stylish colorful carpets on the floor, themed posters with Egyptian antiquities, but without being too cluttered. There is a useful shared kitchen (kettle, refrigerator). A special note of appreciation goes to the hosts, who are extremely welcoming and smart guys - they helped and assisted with some important details of our voyage (Nile cruise, tickets etc.)

It is not 5 star hotel! The place has a very good value of the money. The place was very nice, comfortable, clean, and affordable. The host is respectful and helpful. There is a nice cafe in the street! For host: thank you for your hospitality. I only have a few suggestions: please buy dark curtain, as the current curtains don't make the room fully dark. Please increase the charge of the room by 50 cent and always add toilet paper. I suggest that you buy spring mattress + bigger bed sheet for the bed to ensure the main mattress stays clean and in good shape for long time. I hope you find my suggestions helpful.

We had an excellent stay at Karina Guest House! One of the highlights was the amazing food—fresh, organic Egyptian dishes lovingly prepared by Mohamed. Every meal was a treat! The rooftop view was absolutely stunning—you could see the Valley of the Kings and watch the hot air balloons rising in the early morning. A truly magical experience. We also want to thank Arafat, who provided exceptional taxi service. He made us feel safe and cared for everywhere we went—more than just a driver, he was a true host. The neighborhood experience was another unforgettable part of our stay. We had the chance to spend time with local families on their farms. The kids especially loved riding donkeys and horses, feeding goats, and getting a glimpse into rural Egyptian life. This stay was warm, authentic, and full of heart. Highly recommended!

I thought this place was great. The staff were brilliant,always helpful. Even though it was a small bit out of town,I kinda liked that as well.No one was hassling you and it nice to see normal Egyptians go about their day.And last but not least...the food,I've eaten here better then at home...I will be back

Nice, clean, comfortable apartment for 2 persons with own bathroom and kitchenette. Super kind, friendly and helpful owners. :) They helped us to arrange a hot air balloon flight for good price and a taxi as well. We didn't have time for our breakfast (included in the price) in the morning, so they provided it us later when we had enough time for sitting down and eating it. They handled us very friendly as "friends". :) Good communication. Easy check-in and check-out process. This accommodation was the best during our 1-week stay in Egypt! I absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone. Amazing owners and good value for money. :)
