The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person.
