The best hostel i have stayed in my life, and believe me i have stayed in many hostels. It is totally at the center of vitoria, the staff is amazing very friendly helpful speaking english and showing what i can visit giving me map etc, the place was so so big, amazing toilette too (there are 2 toilets it is so good), there is a kitchen that’s enough. In general everything was perfect for me and that is the first time I say this while staying in a Hostel. The owner is very very kind and helpful. Ask him if you need anything. Towels are also included in the price.

It is well appointed, new, sparkling clean, at good location. Check in is done online, as described in the property policies. The kitchenette and the laundry machine can come really handy. The bed was very comfortable, I did not experience any noise. Would stay there in an instant again.

I loved that I was available to check in at 23:30 since I had just arrived town ando couldn’t arrive earlier. The room was really comfortable and clean and the breakfast was totally worth it. In addition, it’s 10min away (walking) from the bus station which is really convenient.
