The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are stunning with views overlooking the sea. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. If you get a chance to I would really recommend having dinner in their restaurant, Crater, which is well on its way to earning a Michelin star.

A truly incredible hotel! Breath-takingly gorgeous, clean, with magnificent architecture and design choices. A really cool sky bar with a fantastic view and a million different beverage options for whatever suits your taste. It was amazing that the hotel had its own aquapark for kids, even though the kids were not with us. On top of that, it was very convenient that there were two separate pool zones: one for families, the other adults only. Since it was a romantic vacation, we appreciated it greatly. Very friendly staff made it even better, especially the people working at the reception. We would also like to underline the sheer level of quality of dishes at all of the restaurants. They were really top rank. In addition, it was greatly convenient that we had a big balcony and there were two bathrooms, even though we had a standard apartment.

Fantastic location, clean and modern apartment everything you need for self catering. Lovely welcome basket on arrival, sun loungers , table and chairs outside and fantastic hot tub. We were very happy with the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The equipment was excellent, and everything was available for cooking and grilling on the terrace. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, fans in the rooms (air conditioning was not needed at all) and a washing machine. The terrace was excellent, we watched the sunset from there. The apartment has a swimming pool. A huge advantage of the apartment was the garage; parking is a problem on the island, so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The location of the apartment was great for people who, like us, travelled by car. By car, 5 minutes to the beach or highway. The apartment is as presented in the photos on booking.com. The communication and arrangement with the owner were excellent. We would be happy to return to this apartment in the future.

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, with a lovely residents-only pool right on the premises and just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach. One of the outdoor areas overlooks the pool, making it a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The host recommended some great local restaurants, so we got to enjoy authentic Canarian cuisine. Ideal for families, in a very quiet location with plenty of parking. A great experience – highly recommended!

    Fantastic location, close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and brilliantly facilitated. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a great entertainments team, keeping both adults and children busy throughout the day. Both onsite cafe/restaurants were fab and very reasonably priced and the onsite supermarket was cheap.

    Great facilities with a heated pool. The location is excellent as it is only a short stroll to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The apartment was ideal for us with our two children. The balcony overlooks the family pool area and there is an entertainment schedule on each day for children. The apartment as well as the hotel facilities were spotless throughout.
