Very welcoming host. Felt like a visit to a family friends than just a night at strangers apartments. Host has amazing backyard and there were things for kids. Very welcoming, even showed my kid chicken coop and garden. Great experience. If we ever go back to Oviedo, this is the place will stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was good and service by the two reception staff (23 Mar afternoon and 24 Mar noon)was consistently excellent. Went beyond call of duty to help me drive my car out of car park cause the turnings in the car park was very narrow for me as I was less experienced to left hand drive. Requested additional room on check-in and staff make effort to quote best rate without prompting. The staff is the differentiator….genuine empathy for guests.

Fantastic location, in the heart of the city at the sidre street with safe public parking right around the corner. Great hosts that are fast available and provided several useful tips and apartment facilities such as croissant and coffee. We also made use of laundry machine. The apartment was perfect in the most central location possible. Fully renovated but still had old town charm. Host was excellent and included added touches like high quality shower gel and shampoo, toothbrushes, high quality coffee, cereal and a few extras that make a huge difference when travelling from far away. Host arranged parking for us in a garage a short walk from the property -- large spaces and secure. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Thank you Sara!
