Room and building were recently refurbished. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Electrical kettle was a bonus. Could do with another suitcase rack. Room was spacious. Very close to old city walls and best preserved old city we have seen so far in Europe. Unfortunately only one night here, more to see but not enough time. Building has a lift.

Heart of the centre. Right behind the main square and short walk from a secure parking garage. The communication was excellent with suggestions for parking and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Wish we had of stayed in Cáceres longer.

our stay was the first time I was driving past having just driven up from Portugal last year and did see this hotel on my way back and thought i try it in December on my way back and what a surprise it was one of the best Hotels i have stay in the bed was very large so was the room the service excellence could not have been better

    Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, excellent staff, couldn't do enough. Perfect location for us on the outskirts of Caceres so lovely and quiet. Spa was included for 1 hour and was very welcome after a long drive and sightseeing. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent with plenty choice.

    The queen-sized bed was exceptionally comfortable—something I don’t say often. The hotel’s location was ideal, just steps away from the town square, making it incredibly convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked wonderfully, and despite the noise from outside, we were completely insulated from it with the windows closed. I must say, the soundproofing was impressive, especially considering our room was situated directly above the entrance to the square from the side street.

    We were sent comprehensive but simple instructions for the check in procedure, including a code for the external access door. The flat keys and wifi code and other info were in a named envelope at the reception. We were also made aware of the traffic security camera positioned close to the building entrance. The flat itself was very clean, well equipped and fitted, it's location was ideal for the Plaza Mayor and the beautiful old city. There is an excellent communal roof terrace with a hot tub and great views.
