    It was very pleasant to receive preliminary information on several occasions before arrival, which introduced breakfast options and car parking. Location with a great view. Very nice staff. Modest room, but everything you need is there.

    Very good breakfast with big selection and homemade food. Exceptional nice location, like an alm in the alps at the ocean.Very friendly staff and a good starting point to explore Llanes or the picos.

    The location is fantastic, less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Cue beach. The flat was exceptionally clean. The flat was nice and quiet. The parking is fine.

    Very kind owner who took us to the bus station when we left as our car broke down. She refused to take any money for the ride and was an enormous help sorting out our car problems. Lovely situation as Las Rosas is very near a beautiful beach but in a quiet location. Would holiday there again.
