    People are not supportive and the taxi pays 150 euro to airport while in the booking it says good location and it happened to be in the middle of nowhere

    Overall very good value for money. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, the room was getting cleaned very well, the extra food we purchased for the occasional dinner was of good quality, cannot fault anything. Plus there was underground parking which was great for the car we rented. Location is between Avila and Segovia, towns that we explored, and also 40 minutes drive from Madrid. Close to motorways. Overall great experience.
