Nice house, great because almost every room had air-conditioning. Further on a lot of well equipped rooms and kitchen. During the stay our coffemachine was broken, within a few hours the owner brought us a spare one. The host is available and very helpfull. Thereby sometimes hosts are very demanding and visible, in this case she did not disturb us but was there when we needed her. Host gave us tips on whatsapp if we asked for it. The pool was nice, great bbq and all facilities where there.

The owners, Pedro and Andrea are beautiful and wonderful people. We had some issues with the shower in the first day of our stay and without zero hesitation, Pedro, came the next day and fixed it. At first i thought the breakfast was a bit too little, but turns out i actually like the fact that they bring a variety of meats and cheeses and bread and you have more than enough - and you can ask for more in case you are really hungry. And Kristina,the ladythat also cleaned our room and served breakfast, was wonderful. Overall, more than excellent stay. The AC did wonders, so a shout out to the air conditioning that kept us cool for 3 weeks.

    The villa was lovely, spacious, well-kept & very clean. Tomeu & Tony were friendly & welcoming when we arrived (very late) and we really appreciated the fruit & drink they'd provided so we had something for breakfast the following morning. The central location was ideal for exploring the island in all directions, being no more than 30mins drive to each coast. We had a very happy holiday thank you!

    The house was spotless clean, and in a very central location in Inca. The host left some cookies, wine and water to welcome us, which was nice. The check-in was easy to organize, as the host was flexible on the timing.

    The hotel and the surroundings were very unique and special. We really enjoyed the pool area and had a wonderful time. Sa vinya really is a boutique hotel in that sense that all of the rooms are different from another and the interiors are eccentric. Hotel is an attraction in itself. Location was ideal if you want to explore the island. Bus stop is right next to the hotel. Staff was friendly.
