    Location - ideal. 1min walk to the heart of the old city. Apartement is in the 1st flor of pedestrian street, but wasnt noisy. We were in the begining of august - at night streets were full of people, amazing atmosthere. Apartement small, but ok. Towels white.

    The staff are amazing & so welcoming. Air con, en suite & location. It’s affordable & I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. This is definitely the best place to stay. . Feel easy being there even if you can’t speak the language. I’ve been here twice now. I came with a friend in October loved it so much I booked a family holiday - we were there 7days and everyday was enjoyable.

    If you want to visit Gibraltar and don't want to spend the night in Gibraltar, this hotel is ideal in terms of location. It is a few minutes' walk to the border crossing. You can park for an extra fee (9€ per day) in the parking lot under the hotel. Breakfast was good. The room had everything you need, but I had never seen such a wide bed in hotels before - great! We also had a balcony where we could enjoy the sunset :-) The hotel also has a small pool.

    The staff were friendly and helpful despite our terrible attempts at Spanish. There were basic tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby, which was useful in the mornings. In a convenient location, just a short walk to the border and the bus stops. 24 hour reception so we were able to check in late after our flight was delayed. Good value for money for those on a budget, much cheaper than staying across the border in Gibraltar.

    I liked the price the most. The location was very good and members of staff were very polite and helpful! Even though the facility seems to be very old I have to say it was very clean.
