looked nice n definitely had that university feel to it. was quite clean, only few bits i noticed but nothing too bad. thought we weren’t going to have any hot water at the start, but eventually it got hot. staff was really nice, specially the lady we saw when we were checking out :) thank again

Absolutely, here's a glowing review for Ivan's apartment in Madrid: --- I cannot recommend Ivan's apartment enough! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their generosity and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our time in Madrid. Thank you, Ivan and Alex, for an unforgettable experience. Beautiful home with every amenity you could possibly need to cook, shower and even do laundry. Everyone had their own bed and could get a good night's sleep. Good contact with the owner. Feels like they really thought about everything to make it feel like "home away from home". We'll definitely book this house in the future.

This is a great apartment in Madrid for a group of friends! It was super easy to check in and access the apartment with the digital key, it was perfectly clean and it has everything you may need and more! Very fresh and newly renovated. Comfy beds as well. The location is very convenient - easy access to public transport to get to the center of Madrid. The host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this place to stay!

    This was a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, we chose this hotel for the location as we went to a festival that was near, it exceeded our expectations! It was near the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very near and it's a nice quiet area. It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfy, and the reception and cleaning staff were some of the friendliest we've ever met, they couldn't do enough for us! We would highly recommend this hotel! 😀
