We would give it an 11 if possible. Perfect host, great view, wonderfull breakfast outdoors, very attentive and informative. We felt very welcome. We asked if we could do our laundry. Our host took over and returned everything washed and folded. Perfect and quit location to explore leiketio, bilbao, San Sebastian and others.

Make no mistake, this place is a gem. Located a few minutes walk away from town and port, it's quiet, beautifully and privately set with its own pool amid trees in the grounds of a grand mansion. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful and all that one would hope for. The hotel itself is the wonderfully well converted stables of the mansion. I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful few days my wife and I spent here. Highly recommended.

A really well thought out apartment. Very comfy beds. Good linen and big white towels. Fab shower. Lots of hooks. Very useful. And not often found. Plenty of storage and hanging space. Great big new tv and great picture quality. Rural location but very near town. Just idyllic
