Location is excellent, right next to the plaza, with lots of great restaurants close by. We visited on new year's and the hotel shared with us the holiday traditions. The staff was very helpful and very available, even on these holidays. The room was equipped with al the necessaries for a trip (slippers, dental, dryer, iron).

I'm giving this a 10 because the location was great and in the lovely older part of the city. Sights around were within 10-15 min or less, walking distance. The room was huge. The facilities were multiple and there was a lot of useful equipment, if one needed it, including a vacuum . The reception provided the keys to us. There is NO Breakfast but lots of lovely places around to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. We not use the Wifi, so can't comment.

A beautiful hotel with an eye for lovely details. Such a smooth guest experience, from the booking - to the check-in with a glass a cava offered, the pretty room with a sweet surprise - and the highlight being the cocktail bar in the lobby, but also the rooftop restaurant with a gorgeous view!
