I will start with staff (reception, restaurant, bar, etc.); they were all absolutely amazing (very professional and kind). The hotel itself is very clean and confy, absolutely spotless. The food is of very high quality and variety is really high; you simply must accept the fact that you cannot try out everything from the menu. Apartment spotless, spacious and cool with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Also air-con, power shower, TV and all the usual mod-cons. Very comfortable for a family of 5 ie 2 adults + 3 children. We liked having our own door for easy access and privacy.
