The hotel has the most magnificent view of Pedraforca Mountain, the photos don’t lie. I spent the first evening wondering how the hell was I going to hike it and the second evening wondering how the hell did I just hike that. The hotel itself is new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are minimally furnished, but that didn’t bother me. There isn’t a bar as such but the host will get you what you like. The staff especially the host/waitress was lovely and helpful - her English was excellent thankfully because our Spanish is poor. We had evening meals both nights, we stayed (the food was good), although there is possibly places to eat in nearby Saldes.

    The location was great, lovely old mountain lodge, and the host Mario was very friendly and made our stay fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the room was t too hot like many hotel rooms.
