There was no host as you do everything online. It was super straightforward to get inside the building as everything is done with your phone. The room was absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I really recommend it!

Very few places deserve a 10 rating, but this one does. Simple, clean, well designed space, an easy walk to the old town. Check-in was well organized with a code prior to arrival. A good value for the price too.

Perfect. From the first contact we had with them when we made the booking. They offered routes from where we were by car. They gave precise instructions on how to get there. They were waiting on arrival to escort us into the parking. Checkin was impeccable. They escorted us to the room and went over all the amenities. Gave us a map of the area and pointed out the nearby attractions and restaurants Told us of the festival that was occurring and provided brochures and tips . Room was comfortable , exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The city is amazing and the history and architecture very interesting. We were sorry we were only there for one night checkout was quick and efficient
