Genet is an incredible host, who made our days in Addis Ababa so comfortable and interesting. She arranged the sightseeing for us and gave instructions to our nice and humorous guide Mesay. As we visited the beautiful religious festival Meskel, she checked with him if everything went well. With Martha, her help, she prepared the most delicious breakfasts, even when we had an early flight. Her dogs are so funny and are always with her. We were lucky we could sit with Genet at the rooftop terrace of her beautiful decorated house, where she told us about her life. Our bedroom and private bathroom were spacey and clean. If you visit Addis, don’t look any further, book at Kefetew guesthouse!

Very spacious room with comfy beds. The shower was nice and hot and the terrace was fantastic to watch the world go by. The staff was super helpful and welcoming, feeling at home all the time. They also have a restaurant with delicious homemade traditional food you need to try. Don't forget to try the coffee also! :)
