    Location a short walk to the first cluster of churches. Good views and the rooms we a nice unique design. We had a few issues with the WiFi and the power but the staff sorted these out quickly for us.

    Not much choice for breakfast. Location is center of town and walking distance to Lalibela churches. However it can be noisy so if one is looking for something quiet better to find another one. Evening sunset view from dining is beautiful.

    Perfect location, excellent service. Friendly staff, good guestroom, clean & unique.in the hotel as the staff service is attentive and responsive. I had an easy and confortable stay, Birhanu Arrange my tour around the place and Afar denakil thank you birhanu and it was Amazing and memorable time .

    I had a wonderful stay at Zan-Seyoum Hotel Lalibela.The location is great. The room were very clean , comfortable bed and with excellent bathroom. Breakfast and all the meals was freshly cooked and very delicious .The surrounding mountain scenery is beautiful. Excellent service,the owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Yohannes,the owner booked my tour guide and transportation to the remarkable churches of Lalibela. A very delightful experience !

    excellent location, very clean, staff were fantastic. The hotelier organised our tuktuk when we left for the bus at 5am, and got our breakfast prepared the night before. They gave really good advice on seeing the churches. The doorman was also really sweet, and made sure we single females were safe! Excellent service and wonderful stay. The view was also perfect overlooking the town and hills.

    Lovely small owner-managed hotel! Amazing view,comfortable and beautiful rooms,very clean,all worked well(water, electricity,internet),staff and owner super friendly and food nice! Location is perfect,walking distance to the churches. Highly, highly recommended!
