You really felt like they went out of their way to help you and to make sure you had a good time. I would for sure recommend the bull shark diving and the night snorkel. Amazing to do. There was a problem in the room and we were moved to one of the new bures being built, facing the beach. If you can, try one of the rooms by the beach; the ones in the garden are dated and in need of renovations. The resort is in a gorgeous location, great are for snorkelling and diving. Staff are friendly and helpful but not over the top. Maintenance/room cleaning staff were particularly helpful, nothing too much hassle even our 20kg backpacks. Dive crew and marine biologists professional and helpful - felt entirely safe with them on the very scary shark dive! Nice pool area with lots of seating.
