Host Grégoire-so nice and friendly. Lovely family with lots of animals, cat, chickens and rabbit!! He was so accommodating to us. When we arrived he was out and so we went to the pub for 1 drink. He knew we were travelling on small motorbikes and he also got a few calls from the neighbours as they were a bit unusual. Before we got back to check in, he had moved items around in his locked garage and allowed us to park the motorbikes in there. House-beautiful old house that has been renovated in the village. Only a small walk to the main st, with shops, pubs, lovely Italian restaurant and multiple other restaurants and of course the beautiful castle. Room-our room had a view of the castle and the garden, very nice indeed. Big bedroom with a kitchen area off that and then a big shower room after. Kitchen area had everything you would need if you wanted to stay a few days and eat in the room. Breakfast-more than enough food, we struggled to finish. Beautiful bread, croissant, etc. but the jams were delicious and all home made (his mom, neighbour and his own) and also homemade apple juice!!

This was a last minute booking due to us travelling by motorcycle and experiencing some very heavy rain. The hotel owner was so welcoming and friendly. She even offered to make us a cup of tea once we had dried off. It could not have been better.

The love for the guests, the love for the house.... a house is not always a home, but for sure this house is home!.. It is inspiring. We had troubles with our car, but with care and love and flexibility from the hosts, all ended well! Thank you ❤️ also a lot of things to do. A lot of games. Swimming, etcetera.....
